Media General's Presentation at Mid-Year Media Review Will Be Webcast

RICHMOND, Va. – Media General, Inc. (NYSE: MEG) said today that on June 22, at 11:00 a.m. ET, management will present at the Mid-Year Media Review, an investor forum sponsored by the Newspaper Association of America, in New York City at the McGraw-Hill Building.

Media General will update investors on current business conditions, corporate strategy and the company’s outlook. Speakers will be J. Stewart Bryan III, chairman and chief executive officer, Marshall N. Morton, vice chairman and chief financial officer, and Reid Ashe, president and chief operating officer.
