Viewing
and Printing PowerPoint Presentations in Internet Explorer
Web
Version of Slides
- Click on
the "View Web Version of Slides" link.
- A new Internet
Explorer window will open displaying the presentation.
- You can use
the space bar on your keyboard to advance slides or use the arrows
under the slides to navigate between slides.
- To print
notes, place mouse over notes frame, right-click, then click "print".
To print slides, place mouse over slide frame, right-click, then
click "print".
PowerPoint
Version of Slides
- Click on the "View PowerPoint Version of Slides" link.
- A new Internet
Explorer window will open displaying the presentation.
- To navigate between
slides, right click your mouse and choose "Next" or "Previous." You can
also use your right and left arrow keys on on your keyboard to navigate
between slides. (Full Screen view provides familiar PowerPoint features.)
- Press "Esc" (top-left key on your keyboard) to return to Internet Explorer window.
- To print notes
pages, click once on "View PowerPoint Version of Slides"
link, then right-click. Click "save target as...", then
save file. Open in PowerPoint, then choose "File, Print".
In print options under "Print what:", choose "Notes
Pages".

Click
on the "View PowerPoint Version of Slides" link.

Slides
will open in PowerPoint. To view, choose "View", "Slide
Show". To print notes pages, choose "File, Print". In print options under "Print what:",
choose "Notes Pages".
